FHG’s Role –

• Educate the realtor and listing client about the short-sale process.
• Use our established contacts to negotiate with the lenders and start building the case before an offer is even received.
• Submit our proven short sale package to the lender which includes the borrower’s financials, offer to purchase and other supporting documents and info that support the case. This is very extensive package and is professionally presented to the lender/lien holders.
• Coordinate with the lender/lien holders, trustee, title company, attorney etc… for the approval of the short-sale.
• Negotiate with lenders/lien holders until we are blue in the face. We do NOT take no for an answer. Knowledge and Perseverance is the key to our success.
